Illora is based in the lap of the Parapanda mountain range. In front of us the multicolour landscape of olive groves and cultivated fields descend to the Fertile plain of the River Genil and unfolds towards the east of the Sierra Nevada. The white cathedral town of Íllora has been built on the slopes of the rocky inland mountain.
