REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVES

German, English & Spanish Speaking

Job Description:- Listing Properties, Handling enquiries & Client viewings. Office administration & translations.

Applicants must be presentable & reliable with good people skills. All applicants must be able to write & speak fluent German & English as well as being Computer literate. Photography skills & other languages advantageous but not essential. Real Estate Sales experience is also preferred. 

LISTING AGENTS / PHOTOGRAPHERS

German, English & Spanish Speaking 

Job Description :- Sourcing and Listing Properties available for sale and for rent - island wide. Filling in paperwork efficiently and correctly,  attractive photography.

Applicants must be extremely reliable and presentable with the ability to work on their own initiative. Experience in the field of photography or real estate is highly advantageous. Spoken fluency required in German, Spanish and English.  

For our Property Management Sector:

HANDY MAN

English Speaking

Job description:- General handy man & property maintenance, weekend & out of hours response service.

Applicants must be presentable & reliable. Knowledge of general property maintenance & hand man skills. Knowledge of light gardening, pool maintenance & other useful skills advantageous but not essential.

CLEANING STAFF

 English Speaking

Job description:- Cleaning of luxury properties. Weekend hours essential. Part time hours available. Flexible working hours.   

Applicants must be experienced, punctual, extremely presentable and reliable. Own Transport  is preferred. Must be willing to work as part of a team and also able to work on own initiative as well as being capable of following specific instructions. Previous references required. CV preferred but not essential.
