It is without a doubt the most beautiful apartment complex in the Santa Ponsa Nautical Club, with 2 direct accesses to the port. It is located on an eastern slope, which guarantees plenty of light without spending too much heat on the terraces during the summer months.

The variety of plants and trees in the extensive mediterranean gardens is unique in Santa Ponsa. The 15m long community pool, with shower - covered in winter - with its solarium offer sun from morning to afternoon.

As tourist rental is not allowed, it is also a very quiet and a perfect community to chill out. The facades of all community areas and the community exterior carpentry were restored and painted in spring 2020. The elevators have all the new machinery and electronics since 2016.

The club nautico (yacht club) of Santa Ponsa is directly across from this well maintained and desirable community of apartments, offering a selection of restaurants and the small shaded beach of Santa Ponsa is within a few minutes stroll. There is an access into the sea directly across from the apartments, ideal for swimming or activities on the rocks such as fishing.
