We know that your home is important to you and this is why we will always check out potential guests and take details of their passport and home address prior to them arriving at your home.
Legal Information Provided
We will arrange for the license to be put in place and will make sure that you are always kept aware in any changes in legislation ensuring that you can sit back, relax and be certain that you can rent your home without the worry of any fines or sanctions being brought against you r home.
We will arrange the collection of your rent and any security deposit in our customer account specifically for vacation rentals, ensure any necessary bills are paid and arrange payment to you
Caring for your guests
We will take care of everything including bookings, changeovers, key handling, maintenance, holiday information and ideas for the guests and 24hr guest care whilst customers are holidaying here in Mallorca.
Your Personal use of your Villa
Should you wish to use your property at any time, this is of course absolutely fine, just let us know when you plan to visit and we will make sure that those weeks are blocked out for you.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We will organise all cleaning, maintenance and inventory checks at the end of each stay and the security deposit will only be returned to the customer once we are confident that everything is in order
Inventories and Storage
We will do a full inventory for you or arrange storage of any personal items and effects, as well as hold a security deposit. The tenant will only receive this deposit back if they uphold their part of the agreement and keep the property and its contents in the same condition as when they take over the lease.
No Direct Contact with Guest
Unique Mallorca will be the reference point for the guest and any enquiry they have from the initial booking stage right through to returning their security deposit at the end of their stay meaning that you do not have to worry about a thing.
