Idyllic typical Ibizan country house.

The constructed area is divided into several buildings, such as the main house (311.74 m² on two levels) with two porches, one on the ground floor of 40 m2, including a front terrace, and a superior one of 25 m2.

storage room (24 m²), the chill-out under a pergola (36 m²), the pond (12 m²) with Japanese tents (koi). The large pool area (of a total of 200 m²) with a bar terrace ( 70 m2), a rectangular pool of 70 m² and two solarium terraces (60 m2). Barbecue terrace next to the kitchen (40 m²)

The house has a structure with two floors, facing south as is the custom among the typical old country houses. All walls are made of stone at least 70 cm thick, which guarantees good thermal insulation against cold and heat.

All the ceilings have a height of three and a half meters, are very thick and are made of the typical solid wooden beams with wooden plates ("tajell"). All windows are fully protected with iron bars for added security.

It also has an alarm installed. All floors are terracotta tile. The pavement in the garden area is made of rustic stone slabs. Oil central heating with radiators. Independent air conditioners in the rooms.

The house has a total of five rooms (four doubles and one single) and three bathrooms, of which two are en suite in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom.

In the center of the ground floor is the main entrance with a large triple double leaf door under a porch with a small and cozy outdoor lounge on the right side and an old cistern on the left side.At the entrance is the living room (40 m2) on two levels.

On the upper level on the left is the library and TV area, the fireplace and a large divan to relax with a cozy atmosphere, especially in the winter months. In this area is the entrance to a small single room of 9 m² ideal for children.

To the left is the dining room and the living room to welcome the guests. Around the living room the rest of the rooms with two bedrooms, the master suite (with a large closet of six meters) and a double room are located on the opposite side of the entrance.

On the right hand side is the access to a large kitchen with a second dining room covered by the typical pyramid bell on the left. Next to the kitchen is the pantry, the laundry and next to it a shower-bath.

On the right side of the living room is the staircase that leads to the upper floor where the guest room with its own bathroom and a large terrace is located. On the opposite side of the terrace there is a fifth room (double).

The house has a valid license for vacation tourist rentals.
